Rules of the house:
 
Smoking is not allowed in the bed&breakfast and stables.

Dogs lead is in agreement possible, when they stay in the stable.
They are not allowed in the guest suites and central area, because of the cleanliness.

The arrival time is always in agreement, so we can ensure that someone is present to welcome you.
We receive guests after 04.00u. pm (earlier can, wenn it is  possible)
And ask your room on the day of departure before 11.00h. to leave (later is possible in agreement)
 
Breakfast time is also variable, depending on your needs.
Breakfast will be served on the dining-table in the central area.

 
Rules of the stable:
 
Horse's must be vaccinated.
You can not rent horses here and we offer no instruction.
Horse riding on our area and beyond is at your own risk.
